Stuffed peppers
3 Bell peppers, halved and cleaned
1 tbs Vegetable oil
500 g Pork mince
1 to 2 tbs Ketchup
1 tbs Tomato paste
1 to 2 tbs Lothiathan Hot Sauce
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 red onion, diced
Cheese, sliced or shredded
Put bell peppers into a pan. Drizzle with olive oil. Roast in the oven on 180°C fan for 20 minutes.
Cook the pork mince in a frying pan. When it’s about half done, put in the garlic and onion. Cook until everything is cooked through. Add ketchup, tomato paste, and hot sauce to taste.
Once the peppers are done, fill them with the pork mince mixture. Top with cheese. Put back in oven for 6-8, or until cheese is melted.
